James, a young aristocratic English stockbroker goes to Vegas to win enough money  to cover his financial misdeeds - or end it all in suicide.  

 

He loses his stake but is brought back to life by Satin, an underage runaway call-girl in search of a father figure and Gio, a casino rat with his own cross to bear.  

 

Their unlikely friendship changes their fortunes and outlooks on life.
